NEAT Encore is a series of exclusive, smaller-scale events designed to extend the experience of our annual NEAT bourbon celebration. These intimate gatherings allow bourbon enthusiasts to continue savoring curated tastings, educational experiences, and unique pairings throughout the year in a more personal setting. Each NEAT Encore event highlights different bourbon selections and culinary pairings, offering a refined extension of the larger NEAT event while maintaining the same high-quality experience on a smaller scale.

Join us on Friday, December 20, from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM for NEAT Encore: Bourbon & Bites, an exclusive evening celebrating exceptional bourbon pairings.
From 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, immerse yourself in an expertly curated bourbon tasting experience led by our Food & Beverage Director, Matt Noufer. Sample a selection of premium bourbons, including Town Branch, Whistle Pig, New Riff, and Old Forester, thoughtfully paired with bites designed by our Executive Chef to complement each bourbon’s unique flavor profile.
After the tasting, from 8:00 PM onward, enjoy access to our Bourbon Pop-Up Bar, where you can purchase additional tastings from our extensive bourbon collection, featuring allocated and hard-to-find bottles.
General Admission is $70 (plus tax) and includes the bourbon tasting, paired bites, and entry to the pop-up bar.
For those looking to extend the experience, we offer a Special Room Package for $225 (plus taxes and gratuity), which includes event access for two guests, an overnight stay, and a top-shelf bottle of bourbon room amenity.
